Booking & Reservations

Booking & reservations.

Reserve online or with 24/7 dispatch — see all our services.

You can reserve online through our booking form or by calling 24/7 dispatch at (253) 777-1539. Tell us your pickup location, destination or itinerary, date, time, and party size, and we'll confirm your vehicle and a flat-rate quote before you book.

For the best vehicle availability we recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead, and earlier for large groups, weddings, and peak travel dates. That said, we operate around the clock and will always try to accommodate shorter notice.

Often, yes. Our dispatch runs 24/7, so call (253) 777-1539 and we'll check live availability. Same-day and last-minute rides depend on an available vehicle and chauffeur, so the sooner you call the better.

Yes. Contact dispatch as early as possible to change or cancel. Standard reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup, and changes to timing, vehicle, or stops are accommodated whenever a vehicle is available.

Yes. Once your reservation is set we send a confirmation with your pickup details, vehicle, chauffeur contact, and flat-rate price. You'll also hear from dispatch as your pickup time approaches.

Yes. We dispatch chauffeurs 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays and overnight. Early-morning airport departures and late-night arrivals are routine for us.

Yes. We offer corporate accounts with centralized booking, monthly invoicing, and priority dispatch for teams and executives. Call us to set up an account for your company.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing & payment.

Flat-rate, quoted upfront — compare every price on the rates page.

Every ride is a flat rate, quoted and agreed upfront. There is no meter and no surge pricing — the price you're quoted is the price you pay, whether it's a point-to-point transfer or an hourly booking.

Your flat rate includes taxes, standard fees, and tolls. Gratuity is optional and never added automatically. A few requested extras, like meet-and-greet or child seats, are add-ons quoted before you book.

Standard rides generally don't require a deposit; we keep a card on file and charge after the trip is complete. Large group, wedding, and event bookings may require a deposit, which we'll confirm when you reserve.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Corporate clients can arrange invoicing through a business account. Your card details are kept securely on file for a smooth, contactless end to every ride.

Gratuity is optional and never added to your quote automatically. If your chauffeur provided great service and you'd like to tip, it's always appreciated but entirely up to you.

Standard reservations can be cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Cancellations inside that window, or no-shows, may be charged. Group and event bookings may have their own terms, confirmed at booking.

Only for optional extras you request. Common add-ons include airport meet-and-greet from $35, a child or booster seat from $15, an extra stop from $20, extended wait time quoted per 15 minutes, and oversized luggage quoted at booking.

No. We don't use surge pricing. Your flat rate stays the same whether you're traveling at 3 a.m., on a holiday, or during a peak Alaska cruise-season morning.

Airport Transportation

Airport transportation.

More on SeaTac and Tacoma airport service.

Yes. SeaTac (Seattle-Tacoma International Airport) transfers are one of our most-booked services, with flat rates from Tacoma and across the region. We handle both departures and arrivals, 24/7.

Yes. We monitor your flight in real time and adjust your pickup to the actual arrival, so a chauffeur is ready when you land — even if your flight is early or late.

Nothing to worry about. Because we track your flight, your chauffeur's timing follows your actual arrival, and there's no charge for standard flight delays on airport pickups.

For a standard arrival, your chauffeur coordinates a curbside pickup and stays in touch by phone. If you'd prefer to be met inside at baggage claim with a name sign, add our meet-and-greet service.

Meet-and-greet is an add-on, from $35, where your chauffeur parks and meets you inside the terminal at baggage claim with a name sign, then helps with your luggage to the vehicle. It's popular for first-time visitors, families, and VIPs.

We plan your pickup around your flight time, traffic, and check-in, aiming to have you at the terminal with comfortable time to spare. When you book we'll recommend a pickup time for your specific flight.

Yes. While SeaTac is our primary airport, we also arrange transfers to and from regional airports on request. Call dispatch with your airport and flight details for a flat-rate quote.

Cruise Transportation

Cruise transfers.

Full details on our cruise transportation page.

Yes. We serve both Seattle cruise terminals — Pier 66 (Bell Street) downtown and Pier 91 (Smith Cove) in Interbay — with flat-rate transfers and room for luggage, one-way or round-trip.

Your assigned terminal is printed on your cruise documents, and it's the key detail to confirm since the piers are about two miles apart. As a general 2026 guide, Norwegian and Oceania use Pier 66, while Holland America, Royal Caribbean, Princess, Carnival, Celebrity, MSC, and Virgin Voyages use Pier 91. Assignments can change, so always verify from your documents.

Yes. We plan cruise trips around luggage — a Luxury SUV holds roughly six large bags, and an Executive Sprinter van easily carries a group's checked and carry-on luggage. Tell us your party and bag count and we'll send the right vehicle.

Yes. We handle both embarkation drop-offs and disembarkation pickups, one-way or round-trip. For the return we monitor your ship's arrival and meet you as you clear the terminal, then take you home or to SeaTac.

Vehicles & Fleet

Vehicles & fleet.

See capacities and photos on the fleet page.

Our chauffeured fleet includes the Premium Sedan and Executive Sedan for one to three riders, the Luxury SUV for up to six with luggage, and the Executive Sprinter van for groups up to fourteen.

From a single traveler up to fourteen in one vehicle. Sedans seat up to three, the Luxury SUV up to six, and the Executive Sprinter up to fourteen. For larger groups we coordinate multiple vehicles as one booking.

Yes. Child and booster seats are available as an add-on from $15 per seat. Let us know your children's ages and the number of seats when you book so we can install them before pickup.

Our standard fleet is not equipped with a wheelchair lift. We can carry foldable wheelchairs and walkers, and seat guests who are able to transfer to a vehicle seat. If you need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle, let us know and we'll advise on options.

Yes. Choose an SUV or Sprinter for luggage-heavy trips, and tell us about oversized items — golf clubs, skis, or extra bags — at booking. Oversized luggage is quoted so we send a vehicle with the right space.

A sedan suits one to three passengers, the Luxury SUV is ideal for families and up to six with luggage, and the Sprinter van is best for seven to fourteen traveling together. When you book we'll recommend the right fit for your party and bags.

Yes. All vehicles in our fleet are strictly non-smoking and non-vaping, and are detailed between rides so every guest steps into a clean, fresh vehicle.

Yes. From executive airport transfers to conference and event shuttles, we provide corporate transportation with account billing and coordinated dispatch.

A single Executive Sprinter van seats up to fourteen passengers with room for 12+ bags. For larger groups we coordinate several vehicles — Sprinters, SUVs, and sedans — as one managed booking.

Yes. A chauffeured car or Sprinter by the hour is perfect for a tasting-room tour of Woodinville, Gig Harbor, and the South Sound, so everyone can enjoy the day and no one has to drive.
